2. Sharing of Information
TulareLocal is a community bulletin board that facilitates the sharing of information about local businesses in Tulare County. All listing information is provided voluntarily by business owners. We do not independently verify licenses, liability insurances, or credentials and advise consumers to perform their own due diligence.
3. Transaction Disclaimers
TulareLocal is not a party to any contract, agreement, trade, or transaction between users of the site and the listed businesses or service providers. We are not responsible or liable for any transaction, service quality, billing dispute, or performance outcome.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to submit fraudulent reviews, inaccurate reports, or false listings. We reserve the right to remove any listing, review, or update record at our discretion without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
TulareLocal is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
